Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

Domestic Shipping (Within Bangladesh):

• Inside Dhaka : 1-2 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 2-3 business days

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most locations within Bangladesh and select international destinations. Some remote areas may have limited delivery options or extended delivery times. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you promptly.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date. We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and ensure you receive your order.

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Address changes may be possible if requested before the order ships.
