Domestic Shipping (Within Bangladesh):

  • Inside Dhaka: within 5 days from order confirmation
  • Outside Dhaka: within 10 days from order confirmation

Delivery times above are counted in calendar days, not working days.

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package status using this number on our courier partner's website or contact us for assistance.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently ship to most locations within Bangladesh and select international destinations. Some remote areas may have limited delivery options or extended delivery times. If we cannot ship to your location, we will notify you promptly.
