Returns & Refunds
Return Period: You have 7 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused and in the same condition as received
- In original packaging with all tags and labels attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
- Items marked as final sale or clearance
- Custom or personalized products

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us. We'll help arrange the exchange as quickly as possible, subject to availability.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
